The Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas) collaborated with five UN agencies through the Partnership for Actions on Green Economy (PAGE) program to host the National Dialogue on "Accelerating Green Economic Transformation." This event concluded PAGE's first phase and launched its second phase.
Through cooperation between UN Environment Programme (UNEP), International Labour Organization (ILO), UN Development Programme (UNDP), UN Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), and UN Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), the PAGE program has advanced Indonesia's green economy by introducing the Green Economy Index, Circular Economy Roadmap, and Regional Food Loss and Waste Management Action Plan.
The second phase will focus on reducing green investment gaps and developing innovative financing. The dialogue emphasized pentahelix collaboration to drive sustainable development while supporting Indonesia's commitment to Net Zero Emissions by 2060.
