The ICSEEA 2025 conference, organized by BRIN through the Energy and Manufacturing Research Organization (OREM), focuses on the integration of renewable energy and testing technology in the green manufacturing sector. Under the theme “Green Manufacturing: Integrating Renewable Energy and Advanced Testing Technology for a Sustainable Future,” this conference serves as a platform for researchers, academics, and industry professionals to share innovations in new and renewable energy, sustainable transportation, and eco-friendly manufacturing standards. Conference Chair Mohamad Khoirul Anam emphasized the importance of developing technologies suited to Indonesia’s conditions, including energy conservation and enhancing production efficiency without compromising functionality.
In addition to discussions on green manufacturing innovations, the conference also features various international experts. Adroit T.N. Fajar from Kyushu University explores the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in molecular design for the chemical industry, while Anelie Petrissans from Université de Lorraine introduces torrefaction technology for wood as a low-carbon energy solution. Ismail A. Al-Faleh from NMCC Saudi Arabia explains the role of standardization in renewable energy, whereas Masahiro Hori from Shizuoka University presents nano-manufacturing technology for energy efficiency. The conference also highlights Japan’s strategy for vehicle electrification, which targets 100% new electric vehicle sales by 2035. In addition to scientific sessions, ICSEEA 2025 features technology exhibitions and industry discussions with leading energy and manufacturing companies.
